I'm not trying to be a smarty pants but I would think that the website administrator/owner/publisher would want to check his own website on a REGULAR SCHEDULE to check to see if it is actually running properly or not. When Singles Talk Shop website is not working properly---many posters (since most of us are not computer geeks) are not totally sure if it has a real problem or not. Some posters may assume that for some unknown reason you as the administrator/publisher may want your website set so that posters cannot chat for some reason. Many posters assume that the website publisher knows more about how to take care of his own website than we do. Like I stated earier, I am not trying to be a smarty pants. However, not all posters know how to recognize a website problem at Singles Talk Shop. We as posters assume that the owner of the website would want to check his website regularly, more often than once every 3 months and without someone reminding him to do so. |

You need to understand someone did take the time to email us but it took us 2 weeks to get the guy that made these back to fix it, two others tried with no success, so if wishes were horses it would have been back workng two weeks ago. We do NOT know how long it has been down. We used to have users notify us right away if any problem. Keep in mind we have over 2,000 actual web sites and probably ten thousand pages on the web we worry and fret about are they all working. Understand I have hard copy newspapers and these web sites so I am a publisher, not a career divorced person. Helping with divorce is something i went thru and reasearched for ten years, ran classes etc.
Therefore this one is considered an automated page that requires no supervision. We have pages we have not looked at in five years. That is because we do many NEW pages every day, on many subjects and are always way behind in catching up. We have five other talk boards on other subjects.
