| Geez it's been about 5years that i caught the mother of my child cheating on me with a co-worker

5 years? Yikes! Hope that doesn't happen to me. But, really I think you can and will stop thinking of her when you decide not to think of her. Perhaps you were not happy with the 8 women you were with, or perhaps you never gave them a fair chance. Decide man, it's been FIVE YEARS!!!! |

It'll stop when you decide it will.
Sounds crazy I know, for whatever reason sometimes through guilt and sometimes through learned habit we don't. Other times it is that the other has moved on and or entered a seemingly successful/stable relationship and suddenly we want them back.
What to you is so satisfying that you must hang on?
e.g. You really did make a mistake? If so you have to put that at rest accepting that sometimes we really do just shit the bed when it comes to caring for others but by the time it is figured out, it is sadly to late.
You'll be at a total loss trying to find her in anther chick as well, stating that as you mention you're having some issues with promiscuity, you can't boink her into oblivion.
Look in yourself and be brutally honest, you'll find the answer, then you can make efforts to avoid self destructive activities and you'll build instead of long for something past. |

Maybe it's you... Some men have a hard time with the idea of being cheated on. A Macho thing & is hard to let go of.
Just remember too...once you've been hurt you learn to guard your heart until the right person comes along. It sounds like you aren't ready for that & just having casuals until you decide that it's ok to "love & be loved" again.
